Thanks, Daniel.  I did that but didn't get the hoped for result....the video 
doesn't display and the monitor complains about an unsupported input 
configuration.

I need to include video resolution settings in our ConfigMgr boot image.  How 
do I include an unattend.xml? It's straightforward for USB media but not PXE....
