Login failed usually means there is a bad password somewhere. Check the service account running the SDK/DAS service, the service account running the Config service, then check each RunAS account where SVC_SCOMDA is used and reset those passwords.
You said in your email "SCOM is saying it cannot write to the OPSDW" but the event you showed has nothing to do with the DW - it is Config - which is a totally separate process.
