If your users do not have admin rights, then Chrome will only install to the c:\users\(username)\AppData directory. When looking for Chrome I just do a software files query for chrome.exe and look at the file path and anything in a c:\users directory was not put there by the enterprise version MSI installer using our SCCM package.
