Visio allows you to create a sitemap of your portal structure File > New> Software and Database > Web Site Map In the url dialog, provide your MOSS url, eg http://moss.company.org Then it will go to work, that might take a while.
The result is a huge tree with not-so-good names/titles. You can apply some filters to get rid of certain entries. Not sure if that's what you are after?
