Hi All-

I ran a set of tables through st_MakeValid() last night, and was reminded of all the numerous, tiny gotcha's that come up when moving data around. The LiveDVD had just gone 'beta', which means not so much thrashing about and changing
things.. put these two together...

Perhaps the least impact thing I can do right now, is to make a single SQL job that loads the new, cleaned tables, and their geometry_columns attributes, builds indexes and such, and stow that on downloads.osgeo.org somewhere. Then when the LiveDVD script runs, the Natural_Earth shp files are downloaded as they were before, but this new SQL job is run last. As far as naming, an example is "10m_ocean" -> c10m_ocean. I will leave the new ne_ prefix
for the authoritative Natural Earth set.

The end result would be the same set of tables and shape files, and a new set tables that are clean, next to them. A README type addendum somewhere, and we have something for this point release..

  best regards from Berkelely, California
