Hi Patric,
No need to include this option if you do not have any parts that are
architecture specific.
Best regards,
Angelos

Hi Angelos,
our installer for Cartaro is (currently?) independent of the
architecture. Should I include an option to set the build architecture
as argument anyway?
Best regards,
Patric

Hi,
In order to start working on 64 bit installers, we need a way to provide
the build architecture to the installer scripts as arguments.
This pull request shows a working example of such a solution:
https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/pull/9
https://github.com/kalxas/OSGeoLive/commit/db5dd9897fdec3373c82f116cbe503e07abe70ab
So I would like to call the projects listed bellow to update their
installers accordingly.
Thanks,
Angelos

Initial testing results show that 32 bit iso is in great shape, only 1
project has major issues (Ushahidi).
For 64 bit iso things are a bit different. Projects need to provide
patches for installers to use 64bit code.
Projects failing in 64 bit iso:
1. Cartaro
2. Kosmo
3. gpsdrive
4. gvsig
5. mb-system
6. OpenCPN
7. ossim
8. uDig
9. Ushahidi
Best,
Angelos
