OK, I misunderstood your question. I thought you were asking about the *output* from the RTSP server. But yes, you're right. We should really be creating a "RTCPInstance" as well as the "SimpleRTPSource". But in this case it doesn't really matter, because we don't need accurate 'presentation times' for these packets.
