OK, I see, the whole approx 3.5nm section is restricted on the chart, but just
marked once. Next question: Offshore, some areas are yellow buoyed and marked
"Fish Sanctuary" on the chart. Can we sail/motor through these?
Speaking of things not clearly marked on charts, does everyone know about that
submerged seawall that extends many miles out from Charleston, SC?
