good information and exactly what i was advised off channel.   I'll  
send the info to the buyer with the agreement we meet at the border  
for exchange/purchase.

He mentioned something about not having the insurance to drive in the  
US - I think he's elderly so it might be an age related insurance  
restriction.

Would it be problematic for me then to cross into Canada with the  
intent on meeting him on his side and completing the purchase and  
transfer there??
