where did you figure all these out.
When oil comes out of the raw water with the exhaust it is the 
lower crankshaft seal!!!! or Not likely a head gasket which the engine will 
burn a blue smoke when cold and foul the spark plugs,

  First, Check the oil level. If it is overfilled it will push out the 
breather. If you have a carb problem gas gets into the engine oil and cause  
this. If that is not it you have a maior problem.
