I agree with Ron & Norm. Norm's attitude may come from the fact that he can remember a time before water nazis & condos on every inch of waterfront were the norm. So can I. I remember a time when people were intrigued by & welcomed liveaboards & cruisers. I also remember when the Coasties were our friends... back before the Holy Wars on drugs & marine heads.
