note that is GIVES UP CITIZENSHIP.... when becoming an expat, you simply get a resident visa.. that does not mean you give up your citizenship... and if you are considering giving up your citizenship.. you just start moving stuff now..
Personally I would never give up my citizenship, even if I moved to timbuktu, (mali) for the rest of my life.. the advantages of being a US citizen outweigh the cons..
