I am considering the purchase of a new laptop. Dell Latitude 17 is my
preference so far. Their 17" LED back lit screen seems to draw considerably
less power than the usual. Any one using their laptop for TV
reception? Recommendations on hardware/software or product to avoid would
be appreciated. Units that can receive NTC/PAL digital and analog?
