Speaking of Florida, I need some local knowledge help. In a week or two, I'll be moving a sailing cat. from Ft. Lauderdale to Cape Coral by way of Channel 5. I need suggestions regarding going outside, or if the ICW is doable, how far off the Stream is flowing, and possible anchorages along the way. Planning on anchoring at night. Thanks for any help.
