We visited Baltimore a few weeks ago--we have friends at the Inner Harbor who live aboard. It was very cold but the city has a lot to offer--the aquarium was a whole day event for us and there are museums all around the Inner Harbor. Restaurants were very good. As with any city there are places to avoid--but I would not avoid Baltimore and would definitely stop there! Phyllis
