We visited Baltimore a few years back. While walking downtown gun shots echoed
between the tall buildings. The police were on the scene almost immediately
scanning the windows for the shooter. Everyone else huddled in a doorways
along the street. I asked a fellow next to me, half in jest, if this is what
was called urban violence. He replied, "I call this lunch time."
