Just wanted to do a follow up on my question about cloning my nav system computer. Thanks to Eric, Sam and, Walter for recommending Acronis True Image. Worked great and is really simple to use. I used it to clone the nav computer after ensuring that the files that change are in a single location.
After the cloning, I now use Alway Sync to ensure that the computers all have the latest charts, waypoints, routes, etc. This ensures that all computers have the latest files and is much MUCH quicker than re-cloning the "master" nav computer every so often. Sorry it took so long to write this up but moving the boat from Florida to California kept me pretty focused.
