we have a diesel heater. My friends bills are that high, but i had to 
pull it out 6 -7 weeks ago and send back to the manufacturer. Also, the 
owner just increases bills with no warning... So best thing to do, pull 
as little juice as possible. I want to start with a wind generator or 2 
and go from there....
