Bill Wright S/V Wright Tack CSY 44 wo Lying Sassafras River, Maryland ________________________________ From: Bob Johnson <[email protected]> To: Liveaboardnow <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, July 27, 2009 2:21:26 PM Subject: [Liveaboard] Winter storage We have used Atlantic Yacht Basin in VA for fall and spring storage a few years ago and last year hauled the boat here in Maine. I'd much rather keep it in the water in less severe climate. AYB is a very protected facility but I see they have covered more slips leaving only 50 spaces suitable for sailboats. I don't think a trip south is in the cards this year so I'm looking for some other suggestions for in water storage. In the past we made a mad dash from Maine to AYB over a long Labor Day weekend and would likely have 10 days max to move this year.
