*Sam get in touch with Charmaine I bet she knows your answer.. IF the boat
title was never transfered from one person to another.. the owner is the
nameon the title.. if he is willing ot sign over the boat to you, then it is
yours I would suspect.. First I would see if she is worth even bothering
with, if she is sitting more or less abandoned. *
