Ken, read the cut and paste job.. it will answer your question... My opinoin is simple. if you are ready adn willing to be a victim walk down the inner city street with a sign on you stating you are rich and have money on you... if you are not ready, stay out of the 'hood.
As far as I am concerned, the Indian Ocean should be cruiser boycotted and the countries surrounding it made abundantly aware that the cruising community and thier money will return when it gets safer. The whole carribean is a closer playground in any case.
