Good plan Ahmet. That is what Marilyn and I did. We have a small house in Edenton, NC The Albemarle Sound is mostly fresh water up where we are and the dockage is very reasonable. There is a 2 br house, about 900 sq ft, just came up on the market across the street from mine. Quiet working class neighborhood.
We are currently haulled at Bock Marine outside of Beaufort, NC. and plan to winter here rather than go back and forth to the house. Drop a line if you want more info.
