Commenting the line out didn't solve the problem but it is fixed in svn.
I was able to trim two clips, save and reload them, create a transition
between them, render a new clip from the two and encode it back to mp4
format. I did manage to create a problem I think because of naming
inconsistency between layout and clip set names. I'd have to do more
testing to try to cause the problem again but not sure it's worth the
effort since I think it was something I did. Let me know if you'd like
me to investigate it a bit more.
