Doug, seems OK for me. I click on Close/Save all, I get a dialog to enter the set name, enter the set name, hit return, then the layout save window opens. Enter the layout name, click OK, layout is saved. Then I get prompted to save the set. Hit enter and it saves.
Are you seeing something different ?
