DavidSpickett added a comment. Tests will run only for armv8.3-a hardware so I've tested them with `qemu-system`. Existing tests pass on Armv8 Linux as before.
Some of these PAC tests could run on Apple Silicon now that I think about it. That's for another time, needs extra work.
