bulbazord added a comment. If every caller sets this to true, why not remove the argument altogether? It looks like `ValueObjectRegister::GetChildMemberWithName` doesn't use the argument, `ValueObject::GetChildMemberWithName` and `ValueObjectSynthetic::GetChildMemberWithName` just pass it along to `GetChildAtIndex`.
