### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I got my commit access revoked a while ago for inactivity in (in-tree) LLVM.
Recently, I got somewhat more active again (a few comments/reviews) and a PR (#174254) with the plan to open some more.
Therefore, I’d like to regain commit access.
