I'm not a fan of that particular sound you posted.
This is what FL Studio does, it plays a sound on load.
To my knowledge, FLStudio and Winamp are the only pieces of desktop
software that do something strange like this and I don't hate them. I'm
not entirely opposed to the idea, but it's like a Windows or Ubuntu startup
sound. If you are going to hear it over and over (and over and over) it
better be soothing to the ears... :)
