No but see the point is that if they're included, they can be used in
collaborations and such, without "extra dependencies". Because things
like samples, waveforms, etc. don't get included in project files, most
people who do collabs with LMMS seem to only use native resources, ie.
things that come with LMMS by default.

Also, waveforms do not get saved in presets, they only get saved as a
filename, so that makes the presets non-portable if the waveforms are
not included in LMMS.
