Shouldn't be too hard to do something like that when loading a new  
sample in AFP.

OK, as the topic is "waveforms"... I stumbled upon this a while back:

and I've been thinking that some kind of smarter sample browsing would  
be needed before adding 4300 waveforms to LMMS :)
