I rather don't think we should add it as a separate knob on the LMMS
side anyway.

I think rather than adding every automatable knob into the ZASF shim UI,
it'd be a better idea to just implement a "dummy plugin" of sorts, a
virtual midi controller, which you could put on an instrument track, and
connect all the MIDI commands with automations. Then you could connect
this to ZASF or any other MIDI-based instrument and control whatever
controls in it that are controllable by MIDI commands.

This would also be helpful for other instruments, some VST's, external
Jack-based instruments, etc. Currently the only MIDI control we can
automate is the pitch wheel, it'd be very useful to be able to automate
the others as well.
