Agreed, but they're the most likely to.  Users generally use the repos.  I
fall into this category.  I would do almost anything to prevent downloading
and compiling any project from source as a user.  I know there is a still a
pool of users that would have it no other way and choose to compile
everything themselves, but I would argue firmly that is not the majority of
our audience.  The vast majority, as well as myself, is OK and prefers
building in the home directory.  It's not like we're maintaining
ndiswrapper.  There is little benefit to installing from source LMMS to the
system in a world saturated with binary repos, and for those that do, we
can provide additional instructions for them.  If that many people are
compiling from source, I would argue we have something fundamentally wrong
with the project (i.e. if the majority of Ubuntu users go to source to
install, we should seriously consider hosting a .deb for them).
