Love this idea. Me and my brother do this. It was how we got into LMMS and
really, it improved our knowledge of LMMS immensely.
Doing it all at the same time is super fun, but could be impractical for a
lot of people given time-zones. Perhaps participants have to do a
screencast of their 1 hour and upload to Youtube/<other video site>?
