I spoke with my brother (works for EMC deploying Atmos clouds) and he said
Amazon (AWS) is the way to go for cloud storage. He mentioned a few others
but said that the REST APIs that Amazon uses will be compatible with other
services in the event we ever decide to switch providers.

So, question, do we go ahead and start marching down this path? I mean,
does someone on this list sign up for a 12 month starter account with
Amazon so that we can start evaluating how it will play into the new LSP?

If so, who volunteers to commit to the starter account?

Secondly, this can change the CMS landscape significantly. Does anyone
volunteer to research CMS -> AWS approaches?
