Some people are filing a separate bug for each usability improvement they
want and there doesn't seem to be much control over them recently (marking
some as duplicates, categorizing some as enhancements, marking some as 1.1,
etc).

Jonathan, I thought you were the one that was spearheading this?  Was that
only for 1.0?
