Mikkel,
I know in other software, there's an option to do what you are describing,
but I don't see the option in LMMS.
I suggest trying to snap your samples to the nearest line and export again.
It might be tacking on an extra measure of dead sound.
Alternatively, you may be able to use a wav editor to snap it, but getting
it exact can be tough.
