Usually with loops, you export 3 versions of each.  loop_begin, 
loop_middle and loop_end.

In LMMS that means you export three bars of the loop, and cut it in 
audacity in those three parts.  It's pretty much the only way to achieve 
good sound when using those loops in another app.  loop_begin starts the 
loop, loop_middle is the part that you repeat, and loop_end is used at 
the end of the loop so that it can "play out" nicely instead of getting 
cut off.  begin and middle are same length, loop_end is always longer 
(which doesn't matter because it's only used at the end.)
