Hi,

been tinkering around with different versions of LSP code. Finally a basically
working version of LSP is back at lmms.sf.net/lsp/ :-) File uploads should now
work properly again. Unfortunately at present we were not able to restore the
files uploaded to LSP at lmms.info (i.e. from Aug. 2009-Apr 2010), so please
re-upload them.. WebResources-support in LMMS 0.4.90 is working again as well.

Happy sharing :-)

Toby

Not sure how to work it into the name (and it sounds a bit "childish"), but
I really do like the word "*playground*" that CapDan suggested.

Perhaps "GNU Element", pronounced "New Element". Icon perhaps based off of
a blue leaf?

I've already submit the idea few times ago : Keep the LMMS, but create another
way to pronunce it!

For exemple, planet CCRMA should be pronunced "ceeceeharhemay"... But they said
"pronunce it Karma"... And now everyone pronunce it Karma and write itr CCRMA

Do the same thing with LMMS! I've already suggested a list more or less close
to

the original pronunciation (and I forgot most of them)! For example "HelmS",
"ElmS", "ElementS"

Remember: we want to get away from the unpronounciable "LMMS".

I like the name TOM Studio. It could both mean "TOby's Music Studio" and
"The Opensource Music Studio".

Autonomy sounds good to me too.

Too bad for my GSM... lol

Cheers,

Cedric

Sony might have something to say about that.
