I've got one verse and one chorus of my song beautifully orchestrated and polished. It sounds *fantastic*.
Now I want three verses and a middle-eight (derived from the verse) and some repeated choruses on the end. Is there a way to copy and paste an entire set of bars, easily? (Ways that spring to mind include putting it all into the bassline editor - though it already contains a couple of basslines, and also I want to be able to tweak each verse individually - or to cut'n'paste each instrument, one at a time, in the piano roll editor. I really don't want to do massive intricate cut'n'pastes in the piano roll editor, particularly given that it has no working undo that I can find.) btw - I'm using 0.4.5, as included in Ubuntu Maverick. (Not the latest, I may try compiling from source if absolutely necessary. I tried 0.4.8 for Windows using Wine, but the sound production is decidedly patchy done that way. Also, I'm doing all this on a rather CPU-anaemic Dell Mini 9. It's all fun though!) - d. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Beautiful is writing same markup.
