Hi Nicole,
The instructions in the OLH do not match the dialogs of the mail merge
wizards. So it's not really a problem with terminology, but with content
of the help text.

I've finished reviewing the translations of the Writer module. I suggest
somebody else also has a look at it.
One point of concern: The last 20 (give or take a little) are about the
mail merging wizard. As Henk already stated in is his comments the text
doesn't seem to fit the GUI. I came to the same conclusion. Please have
a look at this.
The merged xliff files, together with the mini-TM are attached to issue
36620.
