I thought you knew how LoCo Directory development works: there's a bunch of hackers who hack on it in their spare time and fix what is either critically important or appeals to them. It's quite a bit of work and as I said: there's a lot of spare time involved. The only person who was paid for working on it for a short while was me as it was part of my goals to get the project of the ground. Right now I'm unfortunately too busy to do more than an occasional fix or an occasional review. In the past we worked with the LoCo Council on fixing a few issues that were important - maybe it wasn't clear enough that this bug was something the LoCo Council as a whole wanted to see and as Dave noted on the bug: it's a new feature that might need quite a bit of development time. Maybe we can have a discussion on the LD mailing list about how the bug is best fixed to make it easier to address it? Incidentally, what happened to https://bugs.launchpad.net/loco-directory/+bug/605651?
