Hi Rhys, I changed the ant build to automatically retrieve the contents of the project page index and added links back to the project site. But this does only work with ant, do we need to get the same with autotools? Ant already replaces some strings in the Doxygen.in file, but I couldn't see if autotools does the same or already creates other content anyways. In the latter case I would try to avoid doubling build logic. What's your opinion?
