Sounds good.  I can ensure that I can get it to build on Ubuntu/Debian, as
that is my primary environment.  I should be able to get it to run on
Windows as well, as I have done that before.

When building on any sort of Linux distribution, is there a minimum version
of APR that is required?  Or, to put that another way, is it expected that
I can install the version of APR that comes with my distribution and
everything should work, or do I also need to install APR from SVN?
