Built and installed cleanly on Debian 8, Debian 9 and Ubuntu 16.04, with
the following errors on 'make check':

sizebasedrollingtest failed on all.

I will take a look at the tests later and see if I can figure out what the
problem is.

For reference, the following apt-get line can be used to install the needed
dependencies on both(note that libtool and automake should only be needed
for builds from SVN):

$ apt-get install build-essential libapr1-dev libaprutil1-dev libtool
automake

And for reference, the versions that are used:

Debian 8:
libapr: 1.5.1
libaprutil: 1.5.4

Debian 9:
libapr: 1.5.2
libaprutil: 1.5.4

Ubuntu 16.04:
libapr: 1.5.2
libaprutil: 1.5.4

Also, this means that LOG4CXX-482 is fixed with SVN HEAD.
