the defines in log4cxx.h
#define LOG4CXX_CHAR_API 1
#define LOG4CXX_WCHAR_T_API 1
#define LOG4CXX_UNICHAR_API 0
#define LOG4CXX_CFSTRING_API 0
The encoding is ISO-8859-8
I can't reply yet on whether updating log4cxx helped, but ASA I'll do that,
I'll post here.
