There is some magic combination of tomcat, log4j, struts? (something else?) that triggers this. I can't release my code which always triggers this. I'll keep poking at it, when I have free time - trying to figure out what is different between the simpla webapp I just created, and my other apps. I would really like to know what the magic combination is that causes it to happen.
