Maybe the {{ConfigurationScheduler}} is misnamed because in my noggin, it does
not sound right that the "RollingFileManager should use the
ConfigurationScheduler to run the compression task."; that sounds like reuse
for convenience, not by design; a round hole/square peg deal.
