I added a bug report (http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?
id=40604) to cover producing the upload bundle for the ibiblio master
repository for Maven. The initial commit repackages the 1.2.14
release .tar.gz to create a log4j-1.2.14-bundle.jar for the Maven
upload process. That should be modified in future releases so the
maven bundle is created simultaneously with the release builds.
