There are tools that make possible bidirectional operations between a
Subversion repository and git
For example:
http://schacon.github.com/git/git-svn.html
I guess you can use both vcs in parallel.

Anyway, write access with git is only avail when we ask infra.
Does this mean that we can use git and svn in parallel, or once we
switch to git we can no longer use svn?
