I definitely think the actor should be totally elided in this context. As Yaov said, brevity is key. The "Home" button does not read "Go Home" or "Make Me Go Home", nor does the "Accept" button read "I Accept" (actor is user) or "Accept This" (actor is program). The simple labels "zdani", or "sisku" are not only appropriate, but preferable to overly explicit and verbose options. If this discussion has so far proven anything, it's that users have different ideas about who is the actor anyway ;-)
